Brand new install

Can anyone, for the life of me, make head nor tail of how to get this card working?
I followed the readme. It said and I quote "Short story MAKE ALL"
So I did.
It appears to have "MADE"as there was line after line of important-looking status, but f me I'm still devoid of a picture.
So there is where I'm stuck, MADE ALL, nada.
