This is a highly regarded C and Ku band Universal LNBF that has been out for a year now.
It switches between C and Ku with diseqc. It switches polarity with voltage. It switches
Ku LO frequencies with 22 kHz.

The 8920 spec claims support for all of these signaling methods.

But how to get Dream or Blaze to understand a device with both
C and Ku bands, and emit the proper signals???

For Dream set type as Ku Linear universal, edit settings to lof1 5150000, lof sw 11700000, lof2 10750000.
This tells dream to use 5150 tone off for any tp under 11700, and tone on 10750 for any tp over 11700
