HI,
I have been using TBS 8920 for almost 2 years . This week Strange problem has happened. Everytime I open DVB Dream it doesn’t download display and sound but I have signal .
I have this problem with downloading from satellite .
I have updated to the letterset driver and I have tested it in another computer but the problem does not solve .

What’s the problem and how can I solve this?

From the picture you give to us, it is like that your device have not received the TS stream,
In your Device manage , can you see the TS capture Device?

Yes ,I can see that and I have attached an image .

There is a problem with the TBS 8920 TV capture . When I open the properties of that in Computer management ,the driver status is this "No drivers are installed for this device. " .
Why is that?I have tried 1.04 and 1.06 drivers but the problem is stil exists.
And there was no problem with other 8920 parts.
What should I do ?

This correct - no drivers for second device entry (TS capture). Maybe you install before some another CX23880-3 or BT878 device (Analog or Digital TV tuner card ) ?

Nope ,
I think there is a hardware problem with my card . What do you think may be cause the problem and Is there any way to fix it ?

if TBS 8920 TV capture's driver have not installed ,you will can not get the TS stream,So Can you have a test
just delete all the TBS8920 driver in C:\Windows\System32\drivers folder,and install TBS8920's driver again.

Or simple way reinstall your windows then install TBS8920's driver.
