Symbol rate limitation

I have a TBS8920 Card which has some problems like Jitter, Packet Losses, Signal losses on high frequencies such as 12303 H 32000 8PSK on Badr 4/5/6 at 26.0°E as I have no problem using other satellite receivers. After some digging, I found that this card has some limitations:
Symbol Rate:
DVB-S QPSK 1~45Msps
DVB-S2 QPSK/8PSK 10~30Msps
Am I right? Is that really the case? Is there any workaround for this problem?
