TBS 6983, 6903/5/8, 5927 have wide-band tuner STV6120

Look like hw failure - no i2c answer from stid135 chip and finally driver crash (IRQ handler and etc). Maybe stid135 overheating ? Maybe need increase Signal update interval in BDADataEx on Setup tab (default 1 sec)
