Hi I have this same problem with my Qbox3. When i use with win 7 have this same problems with signal.I try to change 3 convertors, 2 laptops and still lost signal---one time from TBS IP is 30%, one time 45% , one time is 90% and qualitty 0%. When is 90% i try to scan some transponders , but nothing....
