I figured it out. It is the same as the ssh password shown in the http control panel 'About' page. For mine it was 'root' and '123456'.

What is the default login name and password for the CentOS terminal in the MOI Pro AMD? (When a monitor is connected directly to the VGA port).

Thank you all for the information. My upgrade process completed, however it now gets stuck on bootup into the MatrixTV launch screen, with a weird vertical line pattern and the cursor stuck on the bottom left of the screen. I can still access the web browser back end, but changing the bootup default...
