Hi, I hope you get your signal problem resolved already. I use my tbs5220 with dvb-c drivers "tbs5220-dvb-c-windows-driver_v1.0.0.6" and all work well. The blue light turns on when I plug the usb and when I have one channel running. I use ProgDvb Pro 32bits latest version, registered user....
