Problem solved!

I formatted my USB stick again in Windows with the following settings:
File system: FAT32
Allocation unit size: 4096 bytes
Quick Format: off

I think the last setting (no quick format) did the trick.

Besides this specific solution for a misconfigured Tvheadend installation, how do I execute a general factory reset ?

I've already tried switching off and turning on while pressing the reset button: that did not work.

The update does not work for me. I followed the instructions, but after powering on the screen stays on "Welcome MOI+" for 2-3 minutes and then the MOI+ boots without updating.

I suspect the MOI+ cannot read my freshly formatted 2GB USB stick.

Any help would be appreciated

I have a MOI+ with a DVB-S2 Dual Tuner Dual CI Card.

Which kernel do I use to update:
a) TBS MOI+ IPTV streamer - Kernel (DVB-S2 + DVB-T2) v1.0.1; or
b) TBS MOI+ IPTV streamer - Kernel (DVB-S2 + DVB-C) v1.0.1 ??
