As there is no reaction to my post and question I assume that the TBS 5980CI is not working under Linux in a unicable environment. Can anybody from TBS either confirm my assumption or let me know, what might be the reason for the problem I have?

I'm new to the forum and not experienced with Linux. I try to get the TBS 5980 QBox working on my Netgear ReadyNas RN102.
