Hi I managed to fix this issue. Had to manually lower PCIe bus speed in BIOS for device to appear in device manager. Seems to be working now.

That driver does not seem to be working for me for windows 8.1. It installs successfully with the executable but does not do anything.

The card is not showing up in device manager at all in windows 8. I tested in another computer running windows 7 and it was working fine.

I have recently purchased this card and cannot seem to get it working in Windows 8.1. Which driver should I be using?
