hi

i have tried your iptools and i have tried several transponders and they lock.
have switched back and fourth between diseqc a and b and they both lock.

but it still dont work in mediaportal

I have tried to connect directly from lnb B, sirius 4.8 to the 6981, like you said, and now i get all the channels, 500+

So it seems to be a diseqc switching problem.
The diseqc itself works because i have tried it on my hauppauge card and it works there.

Having problems with, what I guess, diseqc switching. Have configured diseqc A=Thor 0.8 and diseqc B=Sirius 4.8.
