Found the troubling part ... the tuner A and B are switched. So my configuration with a motor was wrong after the update.

Hi all, I recently updated to Windows 8.1 Pro today. Now neither DVBViewer 5.2.8.0 nor Transedit 3.9.4.0 can tune to a channel. Even a deinstallation of the driver/card didn't change a thing.
