I am using a 6981 card and DVBLogic TV Source running under Windows 8 64-bit. No matter what I try, I can not get both tuners to work. Both are active under TV Source, but only one will lock onto a signal, show signal strength, scan or tune. The other will not do a thing. I am using driver version 2...
