why not new firmware with null packet filter?
Btw. TBS5880 is the card with a new generation DVB terrestrial technology (T2), but unfortunately with old CI standard, not CI Plus. Why?
DVB-T2 pay services across Europe use CI+. Any chance for upgrading TBS5880 to CI+?

Edit: To be more precise about signal meter, signal level is not expressed in percentage as is quality, but like a number.
