So where is the support, are they all in vacations?

I am having the same problem, the unit tells me there is 50 level and 55 quality and It does not tune anything.

My specs:

windows 7 32 bit
tvbox tbs5922
TBS5922 Windows Driver V2.0.2.8.
Universam LNB (no diseq)

Can you please help me here?
