I have now bought a 2nd hard TBS6982 card and it works fine with W7 drivers

I had a TBS6981 card fail on me, and replaced with a TBS6902 card instead I am running Windows 8.1 Pro x64, and when I tried to install the drivers Windows reports that the device is not supported on the platform.
