Problem solved. Most web sites give the transponder as 10964H at 22k which gave no signal for channel 5 etc. Just discovered another site giving 10965H at 22k. This works.

New build WMC pc using windows 7 professional 64 bit. Same problem with the Asus maximus iv genz/gen 3 new motherboard with latest bios. New build using WMC and this card. Cannot pick up any signal fron the Astra 1N transponders. Astra 2d etc ok. Not a signal problem as I have a cube revo sat receiver on the same system that picks up the 1N channels perfectly. Any thoughts would be apprecviated.
