No, unfortunately it's NOT the latest version. Although the file name hints to version 2.0.1.1, the zip archive still contains the old version 2.0.0.21 from August 2011. You can check this by opening the inf file of the driver (tbs6981.inf) in a text editor: "DriverVer=08/31/2011,2.0.0.21"...
