i get quite a bit of audio lagging while pulling a live stream , is there any settings that can relieve this , switching off and on the encoder relieves it , but it comes back , any recommendations ?

ive emailed you couple of screenshots steven

as post says , i getting major pixelation when pulling live tv through the encoder , net ul and dl speeds are fine , also tried new hdmi led , still the same , anyone have any ideas?
