When I open the change tool it shows me this message:

CBDAGraph::ConnectPins() - no output pin found on filter

What does it mean? Are the cables not connected properly or the PCIE card not seated properly or something?

I have a DVBT cable connected and also a DVBS cable.

Nevermind.

I managed to detect the DVBT tuner by deleting the device in NPVR and restarting.

I'm using this tuner with NextPVR but it does not detect the DVBT tuner. Instead it thinks there are two DVBS tuners - see attached screenshot.
