A year has passed, I have updated the motherboard firmware, then TBS6590 driver to 1.1.1.5 but TBS MCE CI Tool 1.0.0.12 still shows "CAM not inserted" while green light is on…

The green light is on, the external power is connected too as you see.

The CAM is not expired, it works in the older third-party tuner as well as in my TV.

It was installed so the issue is not here

Yes, the current version of the driver is 1.0.1.4 and the version of DVBViewer is 7.3.0.0.

Please download latest DLL on https://www.tbsiptv.com/download/common/tbs-cidll_v1.0.2.0.zip and test it. DLL V1.0.2.0 works with CI at my cable provider. At first, the provider declares compatibility of its modules with both CI and CI+ interfaces at corporate Web site (see in Russian).

At second, the module works fine in my old TechniSat CableStar Combo HD CI (issued in 2009) which has not CI+ support at all.
