hi please can i get logo added to firmware. any moderators that can sort this i have sent bmp to echomay but no answer. please,thanks

when i stream two streams one of the streams drops the sound completely. i have latest firmware 1.060. i have to reboot box to get it back on and then ofcourse it looses audio also there is no text or logo facility. will this be rectified in future updates as i have arranged with local agent to send...

2 streams 1 h.265 and 264 i have problems. the 264 stream sound goes off after few minutes and remains off unless i reboot? also the digital signage logos + text is non existant?
