The signal source is terrestrial for the TBS 6209 tuner. I don't think that is related to a weak signal because my TBS 6909 tuner for satellite reception has the same problem. My dish is oriented to Astra 28°2E and the signal is excellent.

Hi, My TBS6290 tuner doesn't work with FTA belgian channels, I get a black screen even if I receive a good signal. For watching TV on my PC, I use DVBViewer Pro 5.3.2, VLC or MPC-HC on Windows 7 x64 SP1. It seems that there is an issue with the latest provided drivers or maybe my tuner is defective.
